The conscious dimensions team

In 2011, our team of six professionals assembled with a vision to bring self-awareness education to teens and young adults. Since then we have written and illustrated nine chronicles, featuring over one hundred archetypes of personality. We have patented soft technology balanced with the assimilation of hard technologies to activate self-awareness. We have also created a mobile game App, introducing one of our character archetypes.

Dr. Deborah Ooten

Deborah brings a dynamic and results-oriented approach to the table, powered by her passionate mission to improve the lives of everyone she meets by increasing conscious awareness.  Dr. Ooten’s passion is rooted and realized in her own experience with her family.  Deborah’s desire to understand and help her family, and the achievement that followed, led her to pursue a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy (Body), followed by a Masters in Philosophy (Heart), and ultimately, a PhD in Psychology (Mind). 
Dr. Ooten serves internationally as a cooperative specialist in consciousness. She has served as President of the International Enneagram Association and the International Enneagram Association’s USA Affiliate, and continues to serve an ever-growing community of students and businesses.

Through her experience and education, Deborah has successfully founded and directed several companies herself including The Conscious Living Center, Conscious Dynamics and Consciousness in Action, a non-profit, – realizing her dream of making the world a more conscious place. Dr. Ooten has also helped numerous business leaders, individuals, and families realize their objectives and exceed their potential, by increasing awareness and understanding of themselves and others. 

Deborah believes that lives can be transformed by attending to how our personality separates us from ourselves, others, and the divine.  As a gifted trainer and coach, she brings her expertise on the Enneagram and Spiral Dynamics together in a unique system she designed  to bridge simple concepts, with immediate results for motivated families. 

Her coupling of the Enneagram’s powerful and cutting edge personality typing system with the Spiral Dynamics’ system to measure conscious awareness are what set her apart as an innovative and sought-after authority in conscious awareness.  The intersection of personal experience, professional accomplishment, compassionate listening, and a direct change agent approach make Dr. Ooten an invaluable part of the Purposeful Planning team. 
Myra Baker

Myra Baker works as the Director of IT and Purchasing in Cincinnati, Oh. She is Microsoft Certified as a MCSE from Sinclair College and a certified Enneagram Instructor from the School of Conscious Living, Certified as an Enneagram Teacher/Trainer in the Narrative Tradition. Myra’s initial vision was the spark that brought Conscious Dimensions into being, where, as a kid, she imagined what if “all the kids in the world could experience and appreciate the wonder of nature and know we are part of it all; that we are all one."
Robin Grant 

Robin Grant is a passionate artist and seasoned educator who believes in the transformative power of creativity. From drawing fantasy characters as a child to developing vibrant narratives in his current work with N-1 Games, Robin has dedicated his life to using art, spirituality, and psychology to foster healing and personal growth. As a founding member of Conscious Dimensions LLC, he merges over 15 years of experience in graphic design with his Enneagram training, creating enriching educational experiences across various sectors. Holding a BA in Multimedia Communications and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instructional Design, Robin’s mission is to empower others while cultivating mindfulness and connection through dynamic workshops and courses.
Dorothy Hatic

Dorothy Hatic holds a BA in English / Linguistics Methodology / German, and is Level I & Level II consultant in the  Barrett Culture and Transformation Tools. She is also a certified Enneagram Teacher/Trainer in the Narrative Tradition from The School for Conscious Living. Dorothy brings her teaching and writing skills to CDIM, completely dedicated, and passionate about the future curriculum development around the educational initiatives of N-1 Games.
Mary Barr Rhodes

As chief creative for MBR & Associates, Rhodes specializes in transforming big ideas into brand realities. Mary has worked with corporate giants such as P&G, Pomeroy Computer Resources, and Western & Southern Financial Group. Over the years, Rhodes has served as artist, educator, trainer, marketing and creative director, as well as, creative culture and product innovation consultant. Her art is in numerous private and public collections around the world. Mary is a graduate and certified Enneagram Instructor from the School of Conscious Living.
Lance White

Lance White is the Chairman and CEO of a leading provider of sanitation services to the Food Processing Industry across the United States. He has a BS in Finance from Miami University, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Entrepreneurship Institute.   He also has an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Enneagram Teacher/Trainer in the Narrative Tradition and a Level II Certified Consultant in the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools. In addition to his involvement with Miami and CDim, he serves on the Boards of four other education-oriented organizations, as well as several corporate Boards.
